job-copilot Privacy Policy

job-copilot is a personal automation tool. Its developer, Pramod Mulagala, is its only user, and it runs on his own computer to track his job applications. It is not offered to the public.

Google data it accesses

• Google Sheets: reads and updates the spreadsheet that logs job applications.
• Google Drive: creates and manages only the files and folders the app itself creates, such as tailored resumes and screenshots.
• Gmail: sends a daily summary email to the developer. It cannot read mailbox contents.

How the data is used

The data is used only to provide these functions for the developer. It is not sold, is not used for advertising, is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and is not transferred to anyone else.

job-copilot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and deletion

The Google sign-in token is stored in the credential store on the developer's computer. Access can be removed at any time from Google Account permissions, and files can be deleted from Google Drive.
